The harvest was carried out manually in perfect weather conditions during the second week of September. The grapes were rigorously selected and destemmed. The Tinta Roriz grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with slight skin maceration. The Touriga Nacional fermented in used French oak barrels and aged in used French oak barrels (4th and 5th year) for 12 months.

Light in color wine, fruity and elegantly aromatic with slight floral notes. Smooth and fresh on the palate. Ideal for drinking alone or paired with fish and white meat dishes. Should be served between 13 and 16ºC.
